Competitor price match

Show No Frills a major supermarket competitor's current flyer (print or digital) for an eligible item and the store will match that lower price, subject to its current terms. Despite the "Won't Be Beat®" branding, the program matches the competitor's price — it doesn't undercut it — and No Frills decides which competitors, trade areas and "comparable items" count "solely at our discretion."

Competitor price match

For an in-store ad match, show an official current print or digital ad from an eligible major competitor in the store's local trade area. The product must be identical in brand, size and attributes, and the limit is four units. Ontario online customers can request an eligible ad match after delivery through the Help Centre; that online process is not offered nationally.

Limited points guarantee

Sobeys' published "Verified Prices" program — offered in Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, NL, PEI) for a limited time — automatically credits the difference in Scene+ points when a flyer item Sobeys has marked with the "Verified Prices" icon is cheaper at one of its pre-selected brick-and-mortar competitors. The official process is a points guarantee on items Sobeys selects, not a customer-triggered price reduction using a competitor flyer at checkout.
