By accessing or using Faircart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Faircart is a grocery price tracking and comparison platform. We collect pricing data from publicly available sources across Canadian grocery retailers. The Service is provided “as is” for informational purposes.

3. Accuracy of Data

Prices displayed are estimates based on our most recent data collection. Actual in-store or online prices may differ. Always verify prices before making purchasing decisions.

4. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Faircart uses magic link authentication — there are no passwords to manage.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape or systematically access Faircart data via automated means
• Do not redistribute Faircart data commercially without permission
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

Faircart is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including purchasing decisions based on our data.

7. Beta Service

Faircart is currently in beta. Features and availability may change without notice.
